The Aromatic Vegetable Soup Stimulant

There is nothing like homemade food. It nourishes the body and soul, and brings life to the home. A new energy is created as the aromas brew in the pot and permeate throughout the house. Aroma is a powerful spiritual stimulant. Kabbalah teaches that of the five senses, the sense of smell is the most penetrating pathway to the soul. It is for that reason smelling salts, as opposed to torchlight, is directed to someone who faints. Research illustrates that scents and smells have a strong effect on productivity. Thus, the elevation of smell through loving preparation of food is indeed pleasing to the soul.
